The Mission

Reading is not a subject. It’s a life trajectory.

And the die is pretty much cast by the end of grade 3.

Our mission is to engineer the neural foundation they need to stop decoding and start devouring, to unlock a lifetime spiral of confidence, capability and growth.

Why schools struggle to teach reading

Schools teach for group coverage. Reading requires individual mastery

Teachers are heroes. But in a classroom of 30, they are outnumbered.

So the system is designed for coverage, not mastery. In many subjects this is OK. But it is a disaster for foundational reading skills.

The conveyor gap

The school system operates on a schedule, moving from unit to unit to complete a curriculum. It is a conveyor belt that cannot stop for an individual child. This creates gaps.

The structural weakness

Most subjects can afford to leave gaps. Not reading. When schools “wait and see“ gaps don't close, they grow. This is why up to 60% of 4th graders are not proficient in reading.

Radical timing and precision

Radical Reading offers what a traditional classroom can’t: personalized clinical precision that builds mastery for each child in the critical K-3 window.

The Architecture of Mastery

Readers are built, not born

Reading is not a natural human instinct; it is a complex code that must be wired up in a young brain. The Science of Reading tells us exactly how to do this, and the Radical program ensures it happens.

Confidence is engineered

True confidence is an output of competence. We build your child's self-esteem by building the actual neurological capacity to read effortlessly. When the friction disappears, the confidence appears.

Mastery at their own pace

In a classroom, the calendar sets the pace. At Radical, the individual brain does. We don’t move to Step B until Step A is fully wired, tested, and secure. We close the gaps by refusing to skip over them.

The goal: maximum trajectory

Our objective isn't just to help them pass next Friday's spelling test. It is to fundamentally raise the slope of their academic life. By optimizing reading early, we lift the ceiling on their future potential.

Your child deserves to learn to read to the best of their ability, not simply the best a struggling system can teach them.
